Leaders in Online Performance Advertising Form New Online Advertising Firm W4

Venice, CA, May 26th, 2009 - Founders and former senior executives of Hydra, one of the online media industry's leading ad networks, today announced a new online advertising company, W4. The team behind W4 includes the former COO, CSO and CFO, EVP and VP of affiliate network operations of Hydra, representing more than 30 years of experience in online advertising.

W4's first product offering will be a performance-based affiliate advertising network focused on long-term campaign efficiency, quality affiliates and transparency. "Building on our reputations in the affiliate marketing industry, we intend to create a cost-per-action network known for its commitment to servicing the needs of advertisers and publishers," said Jason Durant Walker, co-founder and president of W4.
